Learning Mentors
As a team we pride ourselves on knowing our students, supporting them to access their learning and wider education, giving them the best opportunities for their future.
Relational Practice is at the centre of everything we do, supporting the one pupil, one plan ethos of the school, building strong relationships with students and staff.
We support students to:

Access their learning by understanding and supporting their academic needs within their lessons, removing barriers to learning.

Provide targeted small group and 1:1 intervention in reading, English, maths, 3D printing, social skills and sensory circuits.

Provide pastoral support; listening, understanding and supporting students to regulate to enable them to access their lesson time and make progress.

Have safe and engaging break and lunchtimes.

Ensure any safeguarding concerns are reported and that students are heard and supported.

Support staff, teachers and the behaviour team, ensuring all pupils are making the best progress they can make.
Admin Team
The Admin Team’s aim is to provide a well-organised and supportive environment through clear communication and a thoughtful, structured approach, helping students feel safe and well cared for throughout their time at school.
We understand how important it is for new students to feel settled, so we provide a warm welcome and support them in becoming part of the school community from the very start. By monitoring attendance and coordinating transport to and from school, we help ensure students arrive and leave safely each day.
Behind the scenes, we manage a wide range of essential responsibilities, including organising exams, overseeing finance processes, maintaining health and safety standards, providing first aid support, coordinating work experience, managing timetables, and maintaining accurate records.
Collectively, this work helps ensure a consistent school experience for students in their day-to-day school life.
